Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
This page is a general template prepared for Legacy Real Estate Associates. It has not been reviewed by an attorney or accessibility specialist and should be reviewed by the brokerage and qualified counsel before being relied upon as a final statement.
Our Commitment
Legacy Real Estate Associates, LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, a widely recognized standard for web accessibility.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. This website is built with practices intended to support that goal, including a “skip to main content” link for keyboard users, visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation, semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, and accordion and menu components that are operable without a mouse.
We periodically review the site and make improvements as we identify opportunities, and as our content, tools, and services evolve.
Known Limitations
As with many websites, some content and tools are provided by third parties and are outside our direct control. This may include our AppFolio-powered tenant and owner portals, MLS/IDX real estate listing data once connected, embedded maps, and other third-party widgets. These may not fully meet the same accessibility standard we aim for on the rest of this site. We are working to identify and address issues within these tools where we're able, and we welcome reports if you encounter a barrier.
Reporting an Accessibility Issue
If you encounter a barrier while using this website, or have feedback on how we can improve accessibility, please let us know. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue and respond to your report.
Contact us about accessibility
