Overview

Clearwater is the Pinellas County seat and a genuinely coastal city, anchored by Clearwater Beach on its barrier island and a working downtown along Clearwater Harbor on the mainland. The beach's soft sand and calm Gulf water, along with the nightly gathering at Pier 60, give the city its identity for visitors and residents alike.

Away from the beach, Clearwater includes inland neighborhoods like Countryside and Northwood, historic Harbor Oaks near downtown, and Island Estates just off the causeway, giving buyers a real choice between beach-town living and a more conventional suburban setting minutes away.
