Spring on the Gulf Coast is a transition more than a single season. East of both downtowns, near Lakewood Ranch, the Sarasota Polo Club's season winds down through the spring, and a Sunday afternoon match remains a casual, family-friendly way to spend a few hours outdoors before the club's season ends for the summer.
