Hillsborough County, FL
Riverview
Overview
Riverview sits in southeastern Hillsborough County, along the US-301 and US-41 corridors between Brandon and the South Shore communities near Tampa Bay. What was once open farmland and ranchland has become one of the region's largest concentrations of newer neighborhoods, with more still being built.
For buyers, the draw is straightforward: new and recently built homes, community amenities like pools and trails included in most subdivisions, and a workable commute into Tampa or south toward Bradenton and Sarasota. For sellers, well-kept homes in Riverview's established sections continue to interest families relocating from out of state as well as buyers moving within the greater Tampa Bay area.
Legacy Real Estate Associates represents buyers and sellers moving into and out of Riverview. We do not keep an office in Hillsborough County, but we work this market regularly alongside our home base in Bradenton, and we bring the same attention to contracts, inspections, and negotiation to a Riverview transaction as we do closer to home.
